Under direction of the Stores Administrator, is responsible for the operation of a large stockroom, stocking a very large and diversified inventory.
Graduation from an accredited four year college or university majoring in business or public administration, engineering or allied science. Four years experience in large-scale computerized inventory control, storekeeping or warehouse work, including one year supervisory experience. Substitution: Additional experience in large-scale computerized inventory control, storekeeping or warehouse work may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis to a maximum of four years.
One year of service with the District as a Principal Storekeeper. Civil service status as a Principal Storekeeper.
