Human Resources Analyst
Under general supervision, performs technical human resources work in position classification, compensation, benefits administration, recruitment, employment, employee development, and employee and labor relations that align the workforce with the District's mission.
Graduation from a four-year accredited college or university majoring in areas related to human resources. Substitution: Technical human resources experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
Possession of a bachelor's degree in an appropriate academic specialty. An appropriate academic specialty is interpreted to be an area related to human resources. One year of service with the District as a Senior Administrative Specialist, Human Resources Assistant, Secretary, Administrative Assistant, Legal Assistant or Investigator; or two years of such service as an Administrative Specialist.
Civil service status in one of the foregoing classes.
