Human Resources Analyst
Performs technical human resources work in position classification, recruitment, employment, benefits, employee development, employee relations and/or salary administration that align the workforce with the District's mission.
Graduation from a four-year accredited college or university majoring in areas related to human resources. Substitution: Technical human resources experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
Possession of a bachelor's degree in an appropriate academic specialty. An appropriate academic specialty is interpreted to be an area related to human resources. One year of service with the District as a Senior Administrative Specialist, Human Resources Assistant, Secretary, Administrative Assistant, Legal Assistant or Investigator; or two years of such service as an Administrative Specialist.
Civil service status in one of the foregoing classes.
